I’m pleased to announce the appointment of David Mangan, as our new EPS portfolio manager.

David has worked for EPS since 2014 and has been an invaluable member of the EPS sourcing team. He has brought huge levels of commitment and he is a prominent and valued member of the team since the early days of the development of EPS as the education sector sourcing hub in his roles as Category manager, and transition plan programme manager.

David has been highly influential in the development of our sourcing team and the positive relationships we enjoy with our stakeholders.

During his time in EPS he has contributed significantly to the development of a strong culture of service and trust with our education sector customers and he has been at the forefront of the growth in our project throughput as sourcing has transitioned from PSB’s into the centralised model.

He has been instrumental in the development of our transition plan, processes and procedures for our sourcing function and has led in the training and development of new members of our team.
